Is there like some division 3 WR we are waiting to pull the trigger on.

He seems like he waiting for the udf’s. Would be something if Shi Smith falls to the Pats that way. Hopefully they’ll appease the couch potatoes and get us Smith or Forsthe

I'm impressed as hell with Perkins.

Maybe Jennings will have that 2nd year bump they talk about but based on the talent in front of him I don't see how he will get on the field much to show it.

Jennings played in several different positions last year on defense and his head was probably spinning!

can we put this kid in the best position to succeed?

We've both mentioned this. I see a Winovich move inside the same way they did with Bruschi.. And with the way that Wino has fallen in love with NH, something tells me that he'd be willing to make the switch.

I think the additions of Perkins on the Edge and McGrone mean that Bentley's days are numbered.. Possibly the same for Jennings.

You figured this out after half a season?

Deonte Brown gone. David Moore last of my “maroon chip“ OL players left.
binkie Sam Cooper's time maybe

Half the corners are flexible to safety, half the safeties are flexible to corner or LB lol
Funny to think about 2010 All Pro rookie cornerback Devin McCourty.

Pick 197 up soon then a long wait to 242 !

Bill please take BPA at WR

It surely must be slot receiver or o-line time

Jennings was a 3rd rounder, wasn't he? I don't see him getting axed after one weird season where he was asked to do a lot of different things, including many that didn't play to his strengths. McGrone will probably IR (ACL) nad Bentley, hall, and HT are all FAs after this year.
McGrone might start camp on the PUP, but he should be ready to go for the season. 8months is more than enough time with ACLs nowadays. And you're talking 10 by September.

If they move Wino inside, I see Bentley gone.

Doesn't matter that Jennings was a 3rd round pick. The Pats have cut their losses with higher picks after 1 season. (Easley, C. Jones, Dawson).

Yea he had an uneven year and played more than he should have as a rookie

Guess you don't understand the meaning of the word POSSIBLE. Feel free to ignore my posts going forward.. BTW. 14 games is more than half a season.

I'll remind you of the following:
Dominique Easley, Duke Dawson, Cyrus Jones.

Just heard Kiper say that he had Bledsoe going in the 3rd round and it was a great value. We'll see, hopefully he can compete

Played LT(2 years) and RT (1 year). Had 3 DIFFERENT O-line coaches.

From Dane Brugler's draft guide:

Overall, Sherman has workable traits with his lower-body flexibility and awareness, but his balance issues and wandering hands must improve for him to earn steady work in the NFL. He is an tackle-to-guard projection with some upside at center.

Bledsoe had more snaps on the DL than at deep safety?

Loving this draft. This defense is going to be unreal.

Would love to see a trade up for Sage Surratt to cap it all off.
