Not to nit pick but I think Whoman was lined up as an eligible player on those plays from the LT spot with a few catches too. Vereen was an ineligible slot receiver.

if the Ravens were smart, they could have taken advantage of that formation and blown up the ineligible guy.

I was wrong on Vereen. I don't think he offers enough value as a RB/WR. But throw in some RT too. Different story.
