The kid looks pretty good out there...he holds up well on the right side. Needs a bit of work driving his blocks and keeping his man from sliding inside right...but I am impressed with his compsure and strength out there...This kid will improve from here which is outstanding.
Kaczur has played exactly ZERO games at RT for the patriots. If we were basing everything on today's game, Light would be benched. I expect Kaczur to be the backup swing tackle when he is healthy (as I said weeks ago).

Yeah. Do you bench him when Kaczur comes back? Or bench Light?

From a what's best for the team standpoint I agree absolutely. O'Callahan looks good at RT and Kaczur really is a G who can play RT. Kaczur will get reps in some rotation when he comes back...I love this line and I think Matt Light will be okay.
Light's game is mostly timing and hand & footwork, he was never a mauler...he just needs a game or two and he'll be fine.
Don't have to, you know how BB and Scar like to platoon OL in early games to give the reserves a feel for the speed of the game. Kac took reps at RT and LT in the games before Light broke his leg. Your correct in regards to the amount of time he spent at RT - but somehow I was happier with him at LT then Gorin coming in to take the job over.
