How are people calling Joseph's personal foul a bad call? Joseph clearly launched and hit the receiver in the helmet. There's no debate.

I didn't see it that way- The helmet contact didn't seem intentional. I guess part of it is that you see so many hits like that that are not called, so I suppose I'm getting inured to these hits.
