The downside to this court situation is that the actual evidence isn't being overturned, just the legal processes. The NFL can say "well, you guys still cheated, we are keeping the picks", and there's little to no recourse the Pats really have available.
As happy as I am it won't happen. NFL has no legal obligation to do so.
The question is does it feel that it has a moral obligation as a matter of fairness?

Judge Berman's harsh rebuke of NFL justice makes me wonder if Robert Kraft will demand the NFL reconsider its steep punishment of his team.

Robert Kraft would face an improbable legal fight since he accepted the punishment. But he could argue acceptance is void if he was misled.
