I don't think that list is as damning as you think. I mean Russel Wilson is a pretty good QB. And Bridgewater wasn't a terrible one.
Really I think the list tells you that mobile non-pocket QBs will tend to wait longer before throwing it... not exactly a mind blowing observation.
Wilson is a good QB. Rodgers is a great QB. Neither are better than Brady.
Brady has been the, if not one of the, league leaders in Time to throw every year. He can read a defense and get rid of the ball in an average of 2 to 2.5 seconds consistently. Brady will search for the matchup he's looking for, make an audible, snap the ball, look off the safety and throw a strike in under 2.5 seconds.
Brady has excellent communication with his receivers. Numerous times you'll see Brady throw a ball before the receiver makes his cut.
So that's the "system". Brady and his receivers knowing how to quickly attack the opposing defense every single play.
Aaron is a great QB. No doubt. He'll snap the ball, run around, find the open guy and deliver a strike with elite accuracy. That's why defenses like to play man to man against AR.
That's his system and it works but just not as well as Brady's.
