Seeing it in a replay later, and already knowing Tommy came through unscathed, I recall Tommy talking about how not using proper technique led to his knee injury. Watching him fall, it appeared he fell "relaxed" the way people are taught to fall to avoid injury. Since it was also a completion it appeared to be a technically sound play all around, save for Harrison going low.

It wasn't on a defenseless receiver and it was shoulder to chest. Perfect hit, imo.

I'm not saying I think he should have been fined for it. Its just that its the type of thing that I just thought they might pick up on. His head definitely connected at the very best simultaneously with his shoulder. I loved the hit, you could see how the other players reacted to it.
