I feel bad for him, but given all the stories over the years of "I didn't know the banned substance was in the supplement", he's either lying or stupid. OK, maybe just a momentary brain fade, but still, why didn't he check with the training staff?

When he says he's "heartbroken", he sounds foolish, at least to me. Every pro athlete has access to an app which indicates instantly whether a product has banned substances. They also have team trainers who can let them know right away, as well. I really like Ninko, but he needs to either own up or shut up. I'd recommend the latter.
