Reminds me of "Mini" Mack Herron who did a pretty good job for the Patriots

#39 in your program #1 in your heart!

How about The Woodpecker?

"Porn Star"....loves to lay wood

If you watched Hard Knocks some of the Jets called him "White Chocolate". I liked that.

During preseason games with the Eagles, coaches called him "Eagle Killer". In his first preseason against the Eagles he went for 156 yards against them. This year he had the touchdown and a combination of runs and catches against them. Obviously it was not against starters so some people will totally discount it.

Of course with Ryan it was usually just "Look at that little f----r go."

How about The Minute (as in small) Man. I mean he is a patriot now.

There's your nickname, in bold.

Poor guy getting saddled with #39...

I can imagine the casual Pats fans watching the game sunday...

"Wow, Maroney's finally not dancing while he runs..."

All joking aside, I was very high on this guy prior to the draft. I had read an article about him during his senior season, and was hoping the Pats would draft him. I think he really can be a help to the Pats. Living in NY, I get to see the enemy a lot, and I was very impressed by him. Seems like a Welker type, insane desire and work ethic.

My only question is: can he block the blitzer? It's hard to imagine him having any leverage and just getting pushed aside.

Does anyone have a picture of him, so that I can see what he looks like?

Is there seriously a good chance he plays this week?

He looks like he belongs in the shire, looks like one of the Lord Of The Rings Hobbits lol

I like my nickname for the midget...
