NH Patriots License Plates

I just did some googling and saw that the Patriots were trying to get the the specialty NEPCF license plates in NH.

Patriots Will Promote Charitable License Plates Next Thursday In Concord

I saw that a bill was written for this but can't see if it ever went to a vote.

Anyone know what the status of this is?

Sorry - no info. I live in NH and would definitely get one, but it seems like the state is pretty strict about different license plates. The only ones we have are plain, moose or veteran. Seems like maybe it didn't pass if there has been nothing about it since. Bummer, as I would have been first in line.
