NFL's no tackling rule instituted for Patriots' games

If a Jet gets by a Patriot, the Patriot is not allowed to tackle him from behind.
 
Nah, that was definitely a horsecallar. You're not allowed to drag a guy down by his shoulderpads. It's a good real, and if it was enforced consistently, maybe Watson wouldn't have had to play almost all of this season hurt.
