Two tidbits here:

(1) She was diagnosed with cancer in June. Brady dropped his appeal in July. I wonder if, had this not happened, he might have continued with it.

(2) Watch it to the end. I won't spoil it, but I'll say it put a smile on my face.

Great video, as someone whose long term spouse was hit by this disease (less aggressive) it struck a very sensitive chord.

I really enjoyed this video. Wish they included the clip of Blount hugging Brady's mom after the SB saying "This one was for you."

Lost my Dad to cancer. Still pisses me off today. Anytime I see or hear someone beat cancer I celebrate their victory. But the Brady's being Brady's defeated it and defamegate with class. And TB being TB led the historic comeback, shoved defamegate up Roger's ass and gave his Mom a victorious hug while listening to Roger get his disgusting ass booed off the stage. Just a perfect ending to a great season.

I'm not a huge fan of Brady's politics and some of the company he keeps but it is clear his mother did a really good job in raising him. Have not watched the video, but I will.
