I don't know the rules indepth but it's good to hear that the league is doing stuff to sort out all the mess that happened from last season. Didn't like the Pollard hit one bit and now it's deemed illegal is a good move to protect QB's.
Do agree that the rule should of been brought in when Carson Palmer went down because that was the first incident, shame it took another one before the league did something about it.
