NFL General News Week 4

Looking at the scouting reports on Fields that I saw had one of his weaknesses that he was never asked to make quick reads and go through his progressions and would hold onto the ball until the receivers made adjustments. Also, he had horrible pocket awareness and had a tendency to take off the second he saw pressure. Those are the mental aspects of the game that may not be able to be taught.
I wonder about those scouting reports. I did my own write-up here from seeing him play where I complimented him for standing in the pocket, LOL. It was what I really liked about him, that he was a pocket passer. Man, it's wild to see such diverging views.

Hahahahahahaha!!!!!!

I really need to take some credit for the recent futility of the Raiduhs. Back in 2001 I placed a 25 year curse on them after all their crying about the tuck rule. They won't be winning anything until 2026 at the earliest. They got close the first year but my curse won over.

Overseas games and fans was always the reason that Kraft emphatically declared the team WORLD champions.

How about the London Fog?

If you lived through the Stingley era then you'd do the same as I did and stop watching after the first hit.
I'm elated that the NYFL is trying to get rid of those type of cheap shots.

Yeah, I stopped watching too. Very fun game but not worth getting maimed.

Not bad. How about:

The London Cavities
The London Dental Abscesses
The London Apologists
The London Complainers

It's astounding how big, strong and fast that the current players are in the NYFL and how many hits they take. It's tough enough legally without allowing cheap shots like those.

I remember when the NYFL first started trying to limit the head hits. One of the biggest complainers was the Steelers, from top to bottom. Sadly, it was one of their own who lost his career while leading with his head. That's a brutal way to get the message.

You may be on to something. How about the London Crowns for a twofer?
