I wouldn't have thrown a flag on at least Half of those "examples."

1st - Late Hit on Rogers - Yes, Penalty
2nd - Hit on Mahomes - No
3rd - Hit on Car QB - Maybe (may have called it for "driving into the ground or whatever)
4th - Hit On Prescott - Yes - Launched into the head.
5th - Late hit on Lawrence - Yes
6th - Late hit on Brady - Yes
7th - Push of Mariota - No.

4 definite yeses, 2 definite Nos. And 1 maybe..
