NFL Fines question

Does anybody know if there is a consolidated source of fines on players and teams? Or is this something the NFL doesn't want to be tracked?

Just curious which players and teams are fined the most and the least and if there is a relationship to wins? Thanks

I don't know of any such site.

If I am not mistaken there are many instances when fines are not announced by the NFL, and we only hear about it when a player mentions it to a reporter. If that is correct, then it would make it nearly impossible to get an accurate listing of all the fines, and ranking by team.
