it's almost 4 am on the west coast, and i still don't think i can sleep. 10 am is light years away and steamin' down the track. like the doctor said on the night antonio cromartie's kids were born, " it's gonna get ugly".

Yeah, I was up at 4am EST this morning. Made a fresh pot of coffee, had some pop-tarts to get that sugar rush going, and finding things to keep me busy and burn off the energy waiting for the game. I've already got a load of laundry done and folded, the kitchen counters wiped down, and the living room vacuumed.

Next up is starting a big pot of beef & black-bean chili.

I've already got a load of laundry done and folded, the kitchen counters wiped down, and the living room vacuumed.

Next up is starting a big pot of beef & black-bean chili.

i hope there's some onions and tomatos involved. jack and ginger say hi !

It's past 1pm here in London. Beautiful weather here today, blue skies with a little bit of cloud, 18 degrees celsius outside (that's mid-sixties for you guys)...

Formula 1 on the TV, England v Pakistan playing cricket on a stream through my computer....life is good.


Pats kick off the season at 6pm here, I'll get finding a stream about half an hour before

Mos def....... I make it very thick, so it can be eaten as is, or used to make nachos, or rolled up in soft flour tortillas, etc. Very flexible dish.
