My idea is to knock down the LF wall, build a copy that looks green from the field/TV but is clear to the viewers behind it in a steep grandstand. Dig up Landsdowne and get some underground parking put in. Rebuild the above ground buildings, with more parking, and cover the whole thing as part of a complex/mall. Might score 4k more seats. Boston is so hideously difficult to build anything in, that a new park would likely go in at the Rte 128/Rte 3 N merge, or 128/3 S merge - or maybe in the Harbor!
