Tyms was a generally useless #4 WR for part of 2014.

WHY WE SHOULD RE-SIGN TYMS
All ERFA'S should be re-signed; the cost is low.
Tyms is camp competition for a backup WR position. He did at least as well as Dobson in 2014.

He plays special teams, is cheap, and has upside. He's worth signing to a minimum salary.
