What little flame and I mean little on BB's GM ego should be just about diminished. There's nothing else there to see.

The Speed waiver claim is very illustrative of what’s gone wrong here personnel wise over the last decade.

You have a guy with that speed and size under contract for 3 more seasons in position to replace Matt Slater as a gunner, but Bill tried to play the “he’ll pass waivers late in the week and resign to the PS game “ and lost big. It was done to activate Bill favorite ST Cody Davis from the PUP.

The bottom line is Bill threw away a promising rookie gunner for 11 games from Cody Davis. Yet one more example of Bill playing favorites and coaching “players he likes” rather than doing what’s best, long term, for the NEP.

He still can't Coach Myles Bryant into a decent player. Hey BB Miles away Bryant would clear waivers everytime "you're not smarter than everybody else anymore." I don't think Bill understands or accepts that.
