He was drafted as a backup outside corner in the 3rd round. He is also one of the best returners in the NFL.

Jones (and Jones) need to continue to develop as outside corners.

I'm not sure about that. Maybe you are thinking of Jack Jones? Most of the draft writeups had him as a slot CB and PR.

I love the DB first mentality if we want a real WR Draft Tank Dell from the same school Houston.

I think it would be a colossal mistake to put a 5'8" 175 cornerback / punt returner who has had multiple shoulder surgeries on offense on a regular basis. If he gets injured playing a position he's not familiar with (WR) then were looking at replacing our potentially starting slot CB and PR. Were not talking about a 6'4" 260 lbs Mike Vrabel here.

Yep dude is not even a Route runner running in a straight line is not a route.

I don't mean this in a negative fashion but I hope he struggles with the route tree if they put him at WR. We need him at CB and PR.

Marcus Jones didn't look lost against the Bigger and Great Davante Adams my eye brows were raised.

Well if he ends up being a slot CB then he could excel there.. Jack Jones is the guy at outside corner...I feel will continue to thrive and get better and better..
