I know he's a LB, but can he play QB?

I'm hoping that Collins is here to simply rush the QB as many wanted HT to do should he have remained. I'm okay with him being limited to performing that task on obvious passing downs and nothing more. Give him one job and no options.

mixed emotions on this, always been a fan of JC, but the last go around was most disappointing, hopefully, this is a more of depth signing of someone familiar with the system and he does a lot less freelancing
