Point: An experience coach is preferred over an inexperienced coach. You asked "How do you know who is a better coach when comparing the Cowher and Tomlin?" The record and experience shows it. So do you think if Cowher didn't retire that they would have fired him and brought in Tomlin? I didn't think so.:bricks:
