You don't know that. They both could sign the birth certificate, and besides that, it'll probably be best for the child legally to have the father's last name.

that normally doest happen the mother of a wedlock baby usaully uses her name , if they were married and divorced i get your point, why would moynahan want to name it brady when she has custody of it and her ex is banging a super model? i guess anything can happen but i doubt seriusly his babys last name will be moynahan

I have my last name because my dad was named after his father, and not his mother--my grandfather died before he could marry my grandmother. And no, it wasn't a tribute to the grandfather...

with the woman libbers of the world today, it usaully doesnt happen that way, if they arent married moynahan gets to decide, i dont see any compelling reason to name the baby brady, if she is not married to him, she going to have custody so why would she stick brady on the name especially if he dumped her for giselle? because hes a famous qb/ shes a famous actor i dont see it but i could be wrong

It was pretty well known that Bridget was pressuring him to start a family and that was a point of friction in the relationship (no pun intended). The relationship was on shaky ground for a while, apparently, before they finally split, and the pregnancy wasn't announced until after the breakup. I don't think Tom split with her for Giselle.

ALthough, I also really loved Tucker Walter Coleman Brady for a boy & Bridget Mealticket Brady for a girl.

You could also go with Bridget Golddigger Brady for a girl or Bass Tard Brady for a boy.
