If MVP is a tenure or lifetime achievement award now then it's even more true that Brady got royally screwed by the voters in 2021.

….and if we’re being petty (but factual) Padford played 11 of 17 games in a dome & 5 of 6 of the remaining games in warm weather.

These guys are salty as ever lol

"He's a fairly accurate passer"

Josh Allen would give his left arm for that completion percentage.

It is pretty salty to be complaining about how many 1 yard TDs Stafford has, tbh. I mean, that's some weird-ass **** to be complaining about. I'd love some 1 yard td passes. In November against the Bengals we had like 3000 plays in a row at the goal line , and couldn't get it in once? I'd love to have seen a 1 yard TD pass then. Y'all are acting like a 1 yard TD pass is easy.

Has Maye won the award yet?

T.B. already won three NFL MVP's at that point. Him winning it in 2021 does not enhance his legacy...because it was so good to begin with. Plus, he was a 1st ballot hofer 15 years before he actually retired.

Stafford is about several tiers below Brady. And winning this award all but guarantees he makes it.

Nope. Won't know until February 5th.
I was being sarcastic and it being a rhetorical question, but I didn't know when they announce the award. It should be announced this week rather than before the Super Bowl. Reason being, it looks stupid if the guy who wins the award gets bounced out well before then.

Brady threw plenty of goal line TDs and we never scoffed about it.

Even though it shouldn’t be, I predict the ‘lifetime award’ bs way of thinking will benefit Stafford enough for a win in the mvp voting.

I don’t put a lot of importance on the award, as winning games and championships is really what it’s all about.

He loved that 2 yard shovel pass in the RZ too

True, but the difference hear is he didn’t intentionally do it to stat pad for MVP in week 18. Context is important…

Against the Steelers was pretty bad, just sayin
I didnt get to watch that one. His stats look solid.

We had a bunch of TOs that game. Wasnt our best effort.
