Seems like you hear of more and more national guys are talking about him being MVP. Maybe he does have a chance.

Mort:
" I think I said this at midseason -- if you have watched all of New England's games, you understand how Brady raised his game to another level. He lost his offensive coordinator. His team was hanging by a thread because of injuries. He held it all together and threw for more yards than any quarterback in the NFL. And now the Pats are very dangerous. "

Oh please. All those idiots care about is stats. Who cares that Alexander lights up soft defenses, he has the stats! (sarcasm) Brady is the reason this team ever had hope, and he's the life support that kept us breathing untill we got healthy again. The man is a freaking warrior, period.

If the Pats go deep, especially, TB has got to get some serious consideration, if not the nod. He's been the glue, no doubt about it. But if he gets another ring, he won't care. Let Peyton get the MVPs, the hats and tee shirts are the balls.

If I am not mistaken, the MVP is given out before the first game of the playoffs....right?

I think Brady will get a few votes here and there - he is the sexy choice... but it will go to Alexander with Manning coming in second.

The NFL is a stat hound industry and Brady still does not do it for the National media who still find him boring and some still find him average - sad but true!

re:

I agree Alexander will win Offensive Player of the Year or MVP due to his record-setting season. I hope all the voters read that article. I think Tom deserves to be the Most Valuable Player. If you take him off of the Pats, they would probably be 4-11 instead of 10-5.
