I'm still happy to say that I think Seymour's year of service would have been more valuable. However, now that the year is over, I don't care as much as I did. I just hope the draft pick is a slam dunk, wherever we decide to use it...
 
Clearly this year Seymour, however the problems in this team are way beyond just Seymour's service, even if he would have had a massive roll-over effect on the defense.

Long term on the basis of the problems in the Patriots team and "the potential" of that first round pick, you have to vote for the Oakland pick.
 
obviously Richard Seymour would have been more valuable this year but in the long run I have to go with the pick as their is no guarantee that Seymour is resigned this year, but on the other hand that pick could be a bust.
