I thought all games were going to be played at 1 and none after. This is going to thrill my wife because at 4:15 we get to watch the Cowboys and Eagle. (if the women let the TV stay on after 5)

I have to go to my mom's mother's house. After you turn 12 she can care less about you. The only reason why I am invited this year is because I have a 4 month old son! I rather be home watching the Patriots game, but luckily i have DVR!

We always have friends and family over Christmas Eve night. So my wife was horrified a couple weeks ago when she heard on the television the Patriots were playing on Christmas Eve. She turned to me and said "Am I going to be hearing 'Gronk!' yelled from the basement while we have people over". I eased her pain when I explained the game would be over around 4 o'clock.

I get sad when I hear people talk about the reasons they cant watch a game. My wife and I have a ton of plans on christmas eve and christmas, but form 1-4 we are taking the time out to watch the game. Normally I just watch them with my Brother but she is watching this one with me because she knows i really enjoy it, but still wants to spend that time with me.

I just dont get why people cant work things out.

Call in sick, or tell your moms mom you cant come over for that three hour block. There are a lot worse things to be into than a football game...Its not like you're skipping the games to snort coke off a hooker.

I wish Fox had made Giants/Jets the 4:15 game.It can't be on a 1:00pm because of that stupid NFL rule that no broadcast at the same time as the home team......as if people might stay home instead of attending the Patriot's game....stupid:bricks:

trust me, it sucks. but it sucked even more in the 70's and 80's. it's a little less sucky now.
