I agree, we have heard nothing from Indy. But that ball they intercepted was tested at least twice as many times as the Patriots balls, and that's if Indy had tested it only once. I am guessing they did a couple of times to confirm their suspicions before turning the ball over. So the Indy ball gets tested 3-4 times while the other balls get tested once. I'm not saying that's the total explanation, but one explanation why the Indy ball may be under what the other balls are, as there is more than one way for a ball to lose air pressure (temp drop or air leak from a gauge being stuck in and pulled out).
It would be interesting to hear Indy's side and their whole involvement in this. Also, how their balls were handled and treated before the game. What if they did something differently than they normally do, knowing the balls were to be tested at halftime? But then again, why risk the game by not giving Luck the kind of balls prepared the way he normally wants. A lot of unanswered questions from that quarter.
