i know the pats dont care and we dont as long as it works but the general perception that this is how the team does operate with its best players gets more and more shouted out and is kinda disappointing...

Maybe because this team has gone downhill for 3 years now.

Actually, this team has quite plainly been rapidly replacing an old, decaying structure with an OCEAN of ferocious young talent...a reality that's obviously escaped you.

And even if you weren't oblivious to the amazing changes that've been taking place in front of your very eyes...

That wouldn't justify the pathetic vapidity of listening to chumps like Deion Sanders.

instead of complaining non stop every day all year, why not just end the suffering the Pats seem to inflict on all you whiners and find a team that's run the way YOU want it run.

The bandwagon is overloaded anyway...you'll be much happier and you can always log back on here and tell the board all about your newfound happiness.

Yes, after a thorough victory on MNF with the team clicking in all phases on the road against a respected division rival, BB woke up the next morning thinking well, that was fun, haven't been that pumped in a while, now I think it's obvious we need to trade away Moss because we just don't have it this year. Hey, a third rounder sounds good!

I've been a little sad all day about the trade but hearing Deion Sanders say that makes me think we did the right thing. I'd feel much worse if he was agreeing with the deal.

While I don't like what's happened and who knows what will happen the rest of the season, one thing I am sure of: BB and TB would never give up on a season only 4 games in (heck, I don't think they'd give up 15 games in). BB thinks this is a better way to go to win for the rest of the season, rather than making Moss play out his contract or offering him an extension. While Deion et al can argue he miscalculated, they are out to lunch if they think BB ever gives up like that.
