it's about what you'd expect. I mean, they were about half convinced that McD would solve all their problems and put them back in the playoffs, you know how the offseason hype can be about a new HC, and then all of a sudden he's like "You know what, nah, nevermind." They're pretty rabid, and it's understandable.

All this speculation is irritating.

We have no idea what the hell Belichick's plan is. He could literally be leaving tomorrow or staying for 15 years. The fact that Josh is back doesn't change that. It could be as simple as being offered more money here and not having to move his four kids out of school. It could be that he doesn't want to work for a pill head with a QB that isn't healthy. It could be he is now the head coach and Bill is gone. Could be any of that. BUT WE DON"T KNOW!

The internet, ruining everything since 1995. Everyone is a speculative genius and knows exactly what is happening in every aspect of everything they have nothing to do with!

At some point, people need to just stop being so worried, make popcorn and watch...

I would have preferred that Patricia had stayed instead of Skippy, whose unmanly cuteness on third down in the first half - twice! - cost us at least 10 points.

This assumes that Belichick's plan is THE PLAN for the team and franchise. I am not so sure of that, anymore. Stuff is getting sorted. Let's see how it settles...
