I hate to lose Patricia, but it's just the way these things work. I'll say the same thing I've said about other Patriots assistants who move on to HC jobs: I hope he remains his own man and finds his own way rather than try to emulate BB's personality. Only BB can pull that one off. I realize that being the top guy is different than being an assistant and some adjustments will have to be made, but I hope he remains his own man--players see right through it if you don't. I get the sense he'll do fine.
