Rookie RBs don't know how to pace themselves, so of course they stand out in mini camps in shorts. The same will be true in early camp as well.
That being said, I believe that after mid season, # 39 will get more playing time (barring injury of course). He's going to need time to learn the passing routes and the blcoking schemes.
