Marcus Mariota and Derek Carr both suffer season-ending injuries today

Carr was having an MVP caliber season. Hate to see the kid go out like that.

This is such a gut punch for the players, teams and fans. Those may be the two young QBs I enjoy watching the most, and to grind through a whole long season only to see this happen in week 16, ugh.

I don't think the Raiders have nearly the defense to compete for a championship behind Matt McGloin.

I'm shedding no tear whatsoever for the west coast version of Jump-Ball Joe Flaccid.
That's what he gets for making the Pats have to win in Miami (without Tannyhill - another QB for whom
I'll never, ever shed a tear).
Had he lost just one more game - just one - I would've been rooting like heck for him to beat Andrew Suck & the Irsay Clots.
How many Faiders fans were feeling sorry for us when Gronk was Bledsoed by Cam Chancellor, then
Skippyed into IR (again) by having to run under and attempt to catch those dumb-ass long passes, exactly like 2012? Especially when Amendola was WIDE FECKIN OPEN in the middle of the field
during the first one?
Brady & we deserve #5 more than ever, after all through which the NYGFL has put us over the last decade. And if that means that every…single…QB (or anybody else) suffers season-ending injuries,
then so be it.
