I really like it. When a team is this awful, cuts should be common. Try someone else, maybe you find a player. Only use players you know care and you think could develop. Everyone else can and should go.

Considering we will be at least drafting or signing 2 wide receivers next year , let Polk and baker know that they are on thin ice and 1 of them could be cut next season. We have Bourne, Boutte and Douglas for wr3,4,5 spots. Polk and baker could make it if they become wr2 or wr3. Else they are done.

I was sold on the idea of Wilson being better. I don't think I even need to go into detail of him. But Yes mills and Wade both who played well late last season should have both been reupped. The taclking, the coverage the pressures have been ****ty this season. Week 1 feels like 2 ions ago.

I was high on Austin.. he's a young player and hopefully he can show something. Gonzo can't cover the entire field.

What happened to the run stuffing DT goddy.. he's been God awful

If we could somehow steal at some point in the 2025 Draft (while addressing all of our other needs), Deone Walker who's 6'6 and 345. He would be a run stuffing, pocket collapsing player who could play NT and DT. Put him next to Barmore and the middle of the DL would be scary for opposing offenses.

That's what we need. A pocket collapsing NT/DT.. Godchaux is here by default.. he's an older player and a team leader. Barmore I expect to be 100% by next season.. having a partner to go along side him would be wonderful.

As I said in my post gonzo can't cover the entire field. Let's not kid ourselves here the Jones play hard but thier skill set compared to gonzo isn't even in the same realm.

I really thought there was a chance he could be a diamond in the rough this offseason. Wilson was a solid corner his first few years in Arizona and then fell out of favor with a new coaching staff so I thought with his physical skills a change of scenery could get him back to form.

There was a play on Saturday where the Rams receivers were lined up in a stack formation and Wilson's guy was Nakua. Gonzo jammed Kupp, and Marcus Jones was in Atwell's pocket but for some inexplicable reason Marco Wilson basically stood there as Nakua ran right by him on a deep out to the sideline for a wide open catch. Watching that play I figured there was a solid chance if Alex Austin got healthy he would push Wilson out of the lineup and here we are.
