True. His measureables are crazy though. A 6'6" former sprinter? That could be useful.

He has a ton of potential, I have him projected just ahead of Winston to be the best criminal the NFL has had since Aaron Hernandez.

I like Phillips better, but I did grade out Brown with a first round grade. I did a scouting report on him and posted it here if you want to check it out.

If Phillips measurables are good at the combine he could have a Dontari Poe rise up the boards based on upside.
