Looks Like Sopoaga is Happy To Be Here

Who wouldn't be happy to get out of Philly?

This thread makes me all warm and fuzzy inside! :singing:

Why the hell was he standing on a chair?

Any player would be happy to trade a ****ty situation in Philly for a great organization and a playoff team that actually needs him.

Contrary to what most Jet fans think, the Pats locker room is a prime destination for every professional football player in the league. Why? Because they know when they get here, they will be treated like a real professional. That they will be coached at the highest level, and that in almost game that they play, they will be the better prepared team, with a good game plan and coaches who can make the right decisions during the game.

So why wouldn't any pro look forward to playing here. There are surely programs that are as good as the Pats, but none better.....and a whole lot of them that are worse

Wow....did not realize that this guy was 32 years and has been in the league 10 years now!!!! I have heard the name before....but not much. He is heading towards the back side of his career....hopefully has some gas left in the tank to help out here and there for us this year.....

Isaac Sopoaga, standing on his locker chair, was overjoyed to be traded to the Patriots, calling it a "dream come true."

Oh, and he did it while standing on a chair in front of his locker.

Given the needs of the team before the trade deadline, I sure am happy to have a mammoth Defensive Tackle who is a beast against the run on 2013 friendly contract here.

The feeling is mutual Isaac. Go forth and disrupt.

"I once spent a year in Philadelphia, I think it was on a Sunday."

"If your Doctor ever tells you that you have a week to live, then just head to Philadelphia. Every day there feels like a frikkin' year."

Has anyone mentioned that Chad Johnson said exactly the same thing when he arrived in NE?!

Let's hope Sopoaga's results are a bit more meaningful.

Glad he is happy to be here, because we sure could use him!

Hey Hey now!

For every Ocho Stinko, there was a Corey Dillon, who referred to coming here as being in paradise!
