Last team to be stripped of a #1 pick?

I can't ever recall a team being docked a first rounder. can anyone recall a team being stripped outright of one?

my understanding is that this is the first time.

good question...i know there has been cases where picks have been given to other teams as compensation, but i'm not sure it's ever been completely taken away.
