Judging from McDaniels remarks from yesterday, the Patriots are far from content with their performance on Sunday. Just wait, this offense is gonna be downright scary!

http://www.heraldnews.com/article/20150929/SPORTS/150926068/2000/NEWS/?Start=1

With the team’s latest Tom Brady-led offense putting up a franchise-record 119 points over the first three games (eclipsing the 114 by the 2007 team), already the comparisons have begun; comparisons, McDaniels says, that are unfair to a unit he feels has yet to forge its own identity.

“I think it’s unfair to compare any offense to really any other offense, period,” said McDaniels. “This group, I don’t know exactly what we’re going to end up being when it’s all said and done. Our identity is not formed yet.“We played a lot of players (Sunday). We played four backs, four receivers, three tight ends, seven offensive linemen. We’re just trying to improve and get better. I don’t know what that means for other teams and all that, but I know we’ve got a lot of work ahead of us and we’ve got a lot of guys that want to try to get in there and work hard to get better.”

Is Josh saying, the Patriots are still "evaluating" players/the season hasn't quite started yet (even though we're keeping score) or "Be Afraid be very very afraid."?

Neither our offense nor our defense have come close to reaching their full potential....and with the way they've been playing so well...that's downright scary

19-0

Cancel Halloween...no ones gonna come up with a costume that's more terrifying to the rest of the AFC than that!

Happy Halloween Colts

Personally, I hope they are still saying the o doesn't have an identity (other than in BB and TB we trust) at the opening coin toss of the SB. That would mean they have used and will continue to have so many offensive options that no one can game plan them and they don't get stuck in some predictable rut of play calling.

The idea is to be playing their very best football come playoff and Super Bowl time. States the obvious, but it's exactly what they did last year, moor the most part.

We see the offense developing in front of our very eyes, when the wether turns, it will be essential to add a "cold / inclement / wind, rain and snow weathered" offense to the mix.

The defense needs to continue on its current path ...... They very well may round into being an extremely well oiled chameleon machine which BB loves.

Special teams this year look to be even better than last year - which was about as good as you could ask for.

I said it earlier this year and it looks like it is happening, keep the big five and three in particular upright and this team has a great chance of repeating (maybe even 19-0 with a bit of luck).

I am enjoying this year as much as last year and before its all over, maybe a little bit more, if that is even possible.
