The NFL renamed it in honor of Vince Lombardi in 1970, after he passed away from cancer in September of that year. So technically speaking, the Jete NEVER have won a Lombardi.

I agree! And Woody Johnson should continue to let his sons get involved in player personnel - look at the great players they’ve drafted recently — they were worth multiple first round picks in trades, so they need to keep up the good drafting with those extra picks.

100% correct. Look at their reaction to AD Mitchell. He's fast! He can make moves and run routes! He can gain separation! They are so happy! At the same time they fail to notice that he simply can't catch, don't realize that the Colts gave him to da Jete because they valued the roster spot more than the player.
