Question for the legal beagles here: could a player currently under contract with the Jets claim that the team didn't fulfill its obligations by not fielding an actual NFL team for him to play on, and therefore seek to have the contract nullified after this year?

I may really root for the Patriots this week.

Just jokes. Overall though, it was a great Sunday of football.

• Jets may have finally rid themselves of Fitz
• Dallas vs Pitt game was great
• Pats vs Hawks was damn good too

So in reality, the Pats game did cheer me up a bit. Nothing to do with them coming up short, but mainly because it was some quality football.
Good to see after the 9-6 Jets vs Rams game involving two teams w/o QBs.

If I'm forced to root for Belichick and the gang vs the Jets... wow. May have to spend the holiday season volunteering at homeless shelters and soup kitchens to make up for it.
