Jets looking to trade B. Thomas, Faneca, Ellis

Listening to Sirius NFL Radio yesterday an heard that the Jets are looking to trade Bryan Thomas, Alan Faneca, and Shawn Ellis. If they can't be traded this weekend, Rexy would cut them.

For those who know more about the system and the players involved than I do, would the Patriots be interested in any of these guys?

I don't see faneca as a good fit for the Pats as he is week in pass blocking although a mauler in the run game.

Ellis and Thomas both have experience in a similarD that the Pats run and could potentialy both start for the Pats, IMHO.

This guy is thinking the same thing I'm thinking. No, thank you on Faneca as we don't need him or his skill set. Don't know enough about Thomas.

The ironic thing if the Jets cut Ellis and the Pats pick him is that Ellis is technically the first round pick the Pats gave to the Jets for Belichick. The pick the Jets got from the Pats was packaged with a second rounder to move up to draft Ellis.
