Jerod Mayo...plays like he has been here for years

I agree with the RELAXED poster...
Mayo has shown his speed because sometimes he has been caught out of position. He is that work in progress, and playing ILB on this team is a great place to hide in witness protection....meaning they can make almost anyone they play with(Biesel aside)look good. But again, the competition hasnt been there, and its far too early. I will always be comparing this pick to Branden Albert and wont judge them til year 3, though I will pay attention to both. What I want to know is why Brushi isnt in the lineup for goal line D....??

Albert has started 2 games at LT for the Chiefs. The Chiefs starting Qb has been knocked out in both games. Waiting until year 3 to make that judgment may cost the Chiefs several more QBs.

What a great game by Gholston yesterday too. :singing:

Great point. And what a game by Vilma, too. (Yeah, that's a whole different point.)

How many solo tackles will Jerod Mayo make today?
