I like Whitlock for the most part but he does have a knack for writing articles that contradict each other.

I remember a fluff piece he wrote about Herm Edwards when he was hired by the Chiefs. Then a couple of months later he slammed Herm (for good reason) in another article.

He obviously has something against the Pats. Calling the Pats "penny-pincher's" is laughable at best. Hasn't just about every other scribe accused the Pats of going on a spending spree this year?
