Niners are a total mess. Exactly what Belichick ran away from when he ditched the Jets back for NE. Niners have a 36yr old owner who listens to some random strategy non-football guy named Paraag. Caserio is smart to not even interview.

The Broncos made a huge mistake not bringing Shanahan in and keeping Phillips. They will be a lot worse next year

On one hand it would obviously be nice to get a coach your familiar with if you did leave here.

But on the other hand wouldn't be more Josh's show in this case and if you look at it like that then he would be stepping out from behind Bills shadow just to step into Josh's. I would think one would prefer Bills shadow.
