Is he eligible for the defensive MVP award? He has a DUI related suspension I think. I know they recently instituted the rule against performance enhancing drugs. Does that cover other suspensions as well?

He's eligeable but it would make it harded considering he missed 2 games and the voters might be a little biased to a guy that got a suspension. He's certainly worth taking a look at, hell of a pass rusher.
