Vrabel with personnel control in TEN drafted a guard at 11OA who couldn't play. I don't take for granted that he knows what he's doing in that area for a second. Kraft should have hired a real GM, but he knows better than everyone else I guess (or is just outrageously cheap, which is more likely).
