Yes, there is. Someone brought up Mark Bavaro before and that's an excellent comparison. Gronk's best attribute as a football player and a TE is also going to be his curse: his size. Because of that, he has and will continue to take a massive amount of hits in his legs and around his knees. The human body can only sustain that for so long. Gronk will have a great career and will retire as an all time great, but I wouldn't be surprised if we see a significant slow down in his early 30's, if not before then, due to all of the hits he takes around his knees.
