Is the "Foxboro Terminals" parking area still a viable spot?

This seemed to be a popular spot but the Kraft family bought this property last year and I am not able to find more recent information about if this is still a viable parking spot for Patriots game days. Any guidance here much appreciated.

If it is still viable, can it be accessed from the North street side? Thinking come up from the south of it to avoid the route 1 traffic. How hard is it to get a spot on game day, particularly if we arrive 3 hours prior to kick off?

If not "Foxboro Terminals", what parking options are recommended for tailgating that are not part of Gillette and where we can avoid route 1? +/- 1 mile.

Taking my son to the Browns/Pats game in October and want to give him the full tailgating experience.

Thanks all!
