Is Brandon Graham too short to be a DE in a 3-4?

he's pretty similar to lamarr woodley in stature........blind side guys don't need the height......put him on the right side and then get peppers and put him on the left

In boxing, arm length matters much less when you're in close.

Guys with long arms tend to do worse in the bench press.

Graham having shorter arms means he knows he has to get inside and physical to beat his guy. It might be part of why his hands are so good as well.

Graham's low, extremely powerful center of gravity make him a matchup nightmare for taller tackles, and the stats show that.

Box, what do you think of Nevada DE Kevin Basped? Is there anything worth looking at there?
He flashed for a couple plays, and disappeared when I watched him - I think it was in their bowl game, but the offense had more trouble from his line mate on the other side, they didn't seem to worry too much about Basped. He came out too early, there are other guys whom I'd sign to Free Agent contracts first.

Graham's arms are 2 3/8'' shorter than Woodley's. Yes, he can play, but I'm sure how he matches up against elite NFL left tackles in that regard.
